Reed Institute

Reed Institute, one of fifty academic institutions participating in the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, will collect and analyze public opinions regarding election administration and will seek to gauge levels of public confidence and trust in U.S. Election System.

WHY WE INVESTED:

Since 2008, the Reed Institute has explored the relationship between election administration and voters’ views and opinions about the election system. This survey work also provides election officials with much-needed feedback from the public.

Democracy Fund is proud to support The Reed Institute’s research, which will build upon a small but growing body of knowledge about the public’s opinion about elections and voting.
