The Andrew Goodman Foundation: Vote Everywhere

Vote Everywhere, a project of the Andrew Goodman Foundation, is a national, non-partisan, civic engagement movement of student leaders and university partners dedicated to educating college students on the important issues facing our democracy.

WHY WE INVESTED

In this moment in history, we are witnessing the rise of a diverse but often disconnected and disenfranchised new generation. Through the project Vote Everywhere, The Andrew Goodman Foundation is seeking to spark a national movement of student leaders and university administrators to create dynamic hubs of student participation in order for young people to become active, engaged citizens who ensure a peaceful, just, and sustainable future.

With the help of our grant, Vote Everywhere will equip student leaders with the skills to protect and extend voting rights on the local, state, and national level through intense mentoring and training to maximize experiential learning opportunities. These student leaders will use these activities as a gateway to further students’ civic participation with peer-to-peer training and mobilization, leading to a more robust, cross-generational advocacy on democratic values and principles.
